This weekends craft !

Ok so on Thursday Mike and Adi had Emily and Adi had this really cute ribbon key chain.....I picked it up and thought "I can make that, how cute" . Well here there are. It took me about 5 minutes to make one. Adi's had her intials on it with "puffy paint" but I havent found the right kind. They still look cute. My YW were so excited when I asked them if they would like to make them this week!

Christmas tree bows

Well, I decided to make Christmas Bows! Here you go ! Cute huh?

Ornament/ Plaque ? You decide!

I made this tonight. I got a cute christmas card cut the front off and Mod Podged it to a small wooden plaque, added some ribbon and "wahLah" You have a really cute christmas gift. It could be used in the middle of a wreath, as an ornament, or just decoration. I was actually thinking about using it as a greeting card--turn it over and write a message on the back with a sharpe! Cute HUH?

Todays project !

I finished Emilys name today. Its a little hard to see and the last letters are too far apart so I need to fix that but you get my drift , right? I made a few other things this weekend but they are christmas gifts so I cant post those!! Sorry :(

This weeks craft!

I made these blocks this week , actually I made them on Monday. It only took about an hour or so . I think they turned out pretty cute. There is a saying or picture for every holiday!

Mom made so many frames for the "Make a Wish Foundation " fundraiser, and actually had so much interest she is taking special orders for them and customizing them for people! They are all turning out so cute! There are "endless" ways to make these frames SO cute!

Our lesson this week was on Marriage standards. I found these little glass slippers at The dollar Tree and attached a saying " In preparation for eternal marriage every step you take is fragile"

My first sewing project !

My mom made this little bag.....its "real" purpose is to hold a few diapers and a wipe container but can really be used for a bunch of different things. I told my mom that I really didnt need to carry a diaper bag all the time and I wanted to find something I could just throw in my purse. "TA DA" this is what she made. It is totally cute. So she helped me make one too. I havent sewn anything since 7th grade Home Ec. ! Of course my mom cut out the pattern and helped me every step of the way . Mine is the one with the button. Cute huh?

My mom made these cute candles-- I think Im gonna make more and donate them to our Ward Santas Workshop. They are cute and easy gifts.

This weeks crafts

I decided I needed to do a separate blog so I can post my YW stuff and my craft creations. My mom was here all week so of course we went craft crazy .......I have been asked to make some crafts for our Ward Super Saturday and I decided to do these frames. They are so cute and easy to make. You can make them for any occasion by choosing paper to match. Frame-$1.00 paper- .25-.59 depending on the paper .
